Every year at the Labs21 Annual Conference, manufacturers and service providers that meet the needs of high performance facilities—such as laboratories and hospitals—are given an exceptional opportunity to introduce their technologies, systems, and services to the Labs21 conference audience, which has grown to more than 600 facility managers, engineers, designers, owners, and operators (585 KB, 1 pp, PDF), 26 percent of whom have purchasing power.

 

Fees

Each exhibitor may order one or more booths in 10’ x 10’ sections. The cost for a 10’ x 10’ booth section is $3,500. SEFA members will once again receive a discounted rate.

For each booth purchased, organizations will receive:

  • Pipe and drape
  • One 6' table draped on three sides
  • Two chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • One complimentary conference registration and two discounted conference registrations.

Exhibitor Presentations

New for 2010: Instead of 15-minute exhibitor presentations in the exhibit hall, we will offer two Sustainable Laboratory Equipment sessions as part of the conference technical sessions. These sessions will provide technical information on how laboratory equipment and systems reduce energy and water consumption, improve environmental performance, and enhance overall building management, while also meeting the requirements of the users. The Sustainable Laboratory Equipment sessions will be presented by Technology and Services Fair vendors. Attend session A4 and session B4 on Tuesday, September 28, to find out about the latest developments in sustainable laboratory equipment.

Technology Demonstrations

New for 2010: Select exhibitors will present Technology Demonstrations―educational presentations that feature an exhibitor's equipment―during this year's Technology and Services Fair. These demonstrations will give attendees the chance to see how various industry tests and procedures are performed. The demonstrations will also give vendors the opportunity to showcase their sustainable technology by featuring their product in action. The Technology Demonstrations will occur mid-day on Tuesday and Wednesday in the exhibit hall.
