Hotel Block
A limited number of rooms are available at the Marriott St. Louis Grand for conference attendees to reserve from Saturday, September 28, 2024, through Wednesday, October 2, 2024:

Block rate: $199 per night (plus applicable taxes). Rooms available at this rate are limited, so please reserve early!

Prevailing government per diem rate: currently $141 per night (plus applicable taxes). They will check for government identification at check-in, so please only reserve at this rate if applicable to you.

Rates are effective one day before and three days after the conference (based on availability) and are subject to state and local taxes.

Check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m.

A credit card guarantee or a one-night deposit is required at time of booking.
Room availability is not guaranteed, so do not wait until the cutoff date to reserve your room. The deadline to book a room in the block at the conference rate is 6:00 PM CST Saturday, September 7, 2024.
Reservations must be canceled within 72 hours before arrival to receive a refund of your first night’s deposit made at time of reservation booking.
Transportation
The Marriott St. Louis Grand is approximately 14 miles from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). The hotel is 0.2 miles from a MetroLink Light Rail stop. When departing Lambert Airport, Terminal 1 or 2, take the MetroLink Red line to 8th & Pine (approximately 15 stops/40 minutes). Hotel is 0.2 mile/3-minute walk from MetroLink station.
Parking
Valet parking is available for $53 plus tax per day, and self-serve is $35 plus tax daily.

We are not working with anyone outside of the Marriott St. Louis Grand, nor do we sell our attendee lists to third parties. We only share our attendee lists with exhibitors prior to the conference for onsite networking and marketing purposes, and please know that our websites and databases are secure.
