Fred Brunk
Mr.
Brunk took his current position as Vice President of Strategic Accounts
at Siemens Buildings Technologies, Inc., in September 2004 following assignments
as Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Director of Process Improvement
and Business Development. His current role includes coordinating building
automation, energy services, fire safety, and security sales, as well
as cross-selling with other Siemens operating companies. Mr. Brunk also
oversees building technology solutions and services for agencies of the
federal government, including the U.S. Department of Defense. In this
role, he is involved with major universities, government agencies, and
pharmaceutical manufacturers that operate laboratories.
Mr. Brunk began his business career as a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning controls systems project engineer at MCC Powers and held various sales, marketing, and management positions with MCC Powers and later Landis & Gyr. He was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Fluid Management, a Unit of IDEX Corporation from 1993 to 2002. He is a former Naval Officer and holds an engineering degree from Cornell University and a masters of business administration from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
