Paul Hayes

Paul Hayes is the global head of the Life Science Center of Competence, Smart Infrastructure, Siemens Industry Inc. With more than 28 years of industry experience, he currently leads the global development and deployment of go-to-market sales and operational strategies and the growth of the Siemens Life Science solution/service portfolio. His work includes implementating standardized processes and best practices to meet the changing needs of Life Science end users and emerging market developments.

Since joining Siemens in 1997, Mr. Hayes has held leadership positions in sales, sales management, operations and general management. He served as the Vice President for the U.S. Midwest region of Siemens’ former Building Technologies division, leading all operational and commercial activities for Siemens’ broad portfolio of products and services across building automation, energy management, fire safety, and security solutions for buildings, facilities and enterprises across 11 states, nine branch offices, and more than 900 employees.

Mr. Hayes holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in accounting, from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.
