Hotel Block
A limited number of rooms are available at the Omni Dallas for conference attendees to reserve from Saturday, October 18, 2025, through Wednesday, October 22, 2025:

Block rate: $289 per night (plus applicable taxes). Rooms available at this rate are limited, so please reserve early!

If calling to make a reservation, identify yourself as attending the I2SL Conference to receive the group rate.

Prevailing government per diem rate: currently $170 per night (plus applicable taxes). They will check for government identification at check-in, so please only reserve at this rate if applicable to you.

Check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m.

A credit card guarantee or a one-night deposit is required at time of booking.
Room availability is not guaranteed, so do not wait until the cutoff date to reserve your room. The deadline to book a room in the block at the conference rate is 6:00 PM CST Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
Reservations must be canceled within 72 hours before arrival to receive a refund of your first night’s deposit made at time of reservation booking.
Transportation
Omni Dallas is approximately 19 miles from Dallas Forth Worth (DFW) International Airport and 6.5 miles from Dallas Love Field (DAL) Airport.
DART light rail is the fast, comfortable and economical way to connect the Omni Dallas Hotel with Dallas-area airports.

DFW International Airport – Take the Orange Line from DFW Airport Station to West End Station. Transfer to a Red or Blue line to Union Station for the Omni Dallas Hotel.

Dallas Love Field – Take the Love Link from Dallas Love Field to Inwood/Love Field Station. Take the Orange or Green line to West End Station. Transfer to a Red or Blue line to Union Station for the Omni Dallas Hotel.

A one-way ticket is $2.50 and valid for two-hours on all modes of travel and transfers. You can buy your ticket and plan your trip using DART's GoPass℠ app available on Apple and Android smartphones.
Parking
Valet parking is available for $40 plus tax per day, and self-serve is $30 plus tax daily.

Don't be fooled by emails or phone calls from people claiming to be from official housing companies for the 2025 I2SL Conference or lead generators trying to sell you I2SL attendee lists. We are not working with anyone outside of the Omni Dallas, nor do we sell our attendee lists to third parties. We only share our attendee lists with exhibitors prior to the conference for onsite networking and marketing purposes, and please know that our websites and databases are secure.
