Rick Khan, P.E.

As the Program Manager of FEMP, Mr. Khan works to reduce the cost and environmental impact of the federal government by promoting energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation at federal sites. Before joining FEMP, Mr. Khan worked in various management, program, and operational capacities for private industry as well as executive and legislative branches.
