2023 Call for Presenters
The Call for Presenters is now closed. If you submitted an abstract, you will be notified of your status in late May.
Each year, I2SL invites lab designers, builders, managers, owners, manufacturers, and other industry leaders to present their latest sustainable lab advancements and technologies during the I2SL Annual Conference.
I2SL is planning to hold the 2023 conference in person at the Hilton Anaheim in Anaheim, California, October 22-25.
This year, our theme is the road to decarbonization, which includes topics such as energy efficiency, electrification, sustainable design, ventilation, Smart Labs, green labs, and other methods, case studies, programs, and technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Presentation Guidelines
Each presentation in a technical session whether one or two speakers will have a total of 20 minutes for the presentation and up to 10 minutes for questions and answers. Consider limiting your presentation to 10 to 20 slides to allow enough time for each slide. Our technical audience is looking for in-depth information on your projects, including challenges faced, lessons learned, and specific innovations incorporated. Sales presentations are prohibited.
Presentations will be given live and in-person in Anaheim, October 22-25. This is not a hybrid conference. Remote presentations will not be allowed.
Registration Requirements
All speakers are required to register for and attend the conference during their presentation time.
If you cannot present, you must notify I2SL by Friday, September 1, 2023, and provide a replacement speaker. If you do not notify I2SL and provide a replacement speaker by this deadline, I2SL may not consider you as a speaker for future conferences.

- Abstract or presentation considered for additional publication or webinar opportunities.
- Name, abstract, biography, and presentation posted on the I2SL website, with speaker's permission.
