Nicole Kho of Gilead Sciences Joins I2SL Board of Directors

I2SL is proud to welcome Nicole Kho, a director in the Gilead Sciences, Inc., Corporate Sustainability Team, to serve on our Board of Directors. Nicole is responsible for the oversight of Gilead’s Climate Change Strategy and related environment, societal, and governmental (ESG) reporting. Her career has focused on embedding a sustainable mindset and actions to drive positive impact for the environment and human health.

Nicole joined Gilead in 2009, as part of their headquarters Environmental Health & Safety group, and led Environmental Compliance Programs. Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from the University of California San Diego and a Master of Science degree in Public Health, with a focus in toxicology, from San Diego State University.

In addition to representing the biopharma lab owner community on the I2SL Board of Directors, Nicole currently serves on the advisory council for the California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo Natural Resources Environmental Sciences Department, the City of Foster City (California) Citizens Sustainability Advisory Council, and the steering committee for My Green Lab. She has spoken multiple times at the I2SL Annual Conference, including on a lab owner Opening Plenary session in 2023. Welcome, Nicole!
